Much like any successful startup, leadership matters in successful Funds.  Bob and Juan have worked together building the SWAN Impact Network for over 5 years and have known each other for 15 years.  They both bring tremendous amount of operational experience in startups and large corporations.  They have been active investors and mentors in the impact space for over 5 years and are heavily involved in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
